Anybody Wanna Buy A House?

The contract has been signed by all parties and our house goes on the market Monday. The rehab crew is still finishing up the house on Potomac; we’re hoping that it takes them a while to complete so that it’ll give our house more time to sell. So, if anybody is interested in a two bedroom, two bath, all brick house in South St. Louis City then let me know. We basically rehabbed the thing ourselves after we bought it so it’s in great condition!
