One Trimester Down, Two To Go

We just had our first trimester checkup and everything is fine. Junior appears to have all his/her arms and legs and he/she is moving around like a raver tripping on X (if you look hard enough you can see the glow sticks). Due date is still approximately December 24th so maybe we’ll catch a break on our taxes this time around. The doctor said he saw nothing out of the ordinary and everything was progressing as expected.
So now we have to do the “quadruple screen” which checks for Downs Syndrome and Spina Bifida. Hopefully all will go well with that and then we’re most likely set for smooth seas ahead. Traci has a 33% chance of getting toxemia again though (since she already had it with Orson) so if that happens again hopefully it won’t cause major problems.
